Hi there!

My name is David Roza and I am a seasoned multimedia journalist with a proven skill and passion for telling stories that need to be told.

Most recently I worked as a writer and editor for the Task & Purpose YouTube channel, where I wrote deeply-researched video scripts on problems with the defense industry that leave service members and taxpayers short-changed. I also have freelance pieces published in The War Horse about the impact of Defense Department policy decisions from the rank-and-file’s perspective.

I previously covered the U.S. Air Force and Space Force for Air & Space Forces Magazine, and before that I covered the same beat as a reporter for Task & Purpose.

Prior to covering the military, I wrote about the FDA for Inside Health Policy and local news for The Ellsworth American, a weekly newspaper in beautiful rural Maine.
